The Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD) Personnel Commission is seeking a Director of Employment Services–Personnel Commission.
Under the general direction of the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources, and the Personnel Commission, the director oversees employment, recruitment, and job classification and compensation for academic and classified positions. The director plans and directs the human resources management program in conformance with Merit System law and the rules, regulations, and standards of the Personnel Commission, and serves as secretary to the Personnel Commission.

Employee and Labor Relations Specialist
Los Angeles Community College District • District Office
The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) is seeking an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist to perform journey-level professional staff work supporting the District’s employee and labor relations program.
The position performs work involving investigations, analysis, and resolution of disciplinary actions, grievances, appeals, and complaints, and participates in the collective bargaining process. Responsibilities also include advising administrators and supervisors on employee relations matters, interpreting bargaining agreements, conducting research, preparing reports, and supporting hearings and grievance proceedings.
This is an Open & Promotional (Dual) opportunity. Applicants may qualify through a master’s degree pathway with one year of qualifying professional-level human resources experience, or a bachelor’s degree pathway with three years of qualifying experience.
